My family and I wish to commend the Iovanne Funeral Home staff particularly Billy, Cliff and Lisa for the wonderful job they did caring for our loved one. From the moment they picked him up to the moment they laid him to rest, he and we were treated with the utmost compassion and respect. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate even our most minor wishes is something that sets them apart. I can't thank Bill, Cliff and the rest of the Iovanne "Family" for the entire process of my dad's wake, funeral mass, and burial of his ashes. Everything was done in such a kind, caring and compassionate way, yet it was also very organized. The large number of guests was very efficiently managed. All of our needs were met before, during and after my dad's services. All of my emails (and believe me, there were many!!) were answered in a very timely manner. I never felt like I was an inconvenience, and in fact, I felt as though we were treated as if we were family. My dad had been sick for several months and lost a good portion of his body weight. When we had the initial viewing, he looked just as he did when he was in his prime!! It was so comforting to see my dad look like himself!! I can';t thank Bill Iovanne and the staff at the Funeral Home enough for the amazing compassion they showed throughout what was an otherwise extremely difficult time for my family. Thank you!! My Mom looked so beautiful that day compared to when I saw her in the ICU unit at St. Rachael's Hospital. Words can not truly express the heartfelt thanks to Bill, Cliff and Lisa for the exceptional care they gave us at a time of our deepest sorrow. The loss of a parent at any age is imaginable. Words cannot adequately express the type of care provided by Iovanne Funeral Home. When I lost my mom in September, I was worried and concerned about having an open casket for viewing. Cliff completely heard my concerns and reassured that I would be able to make that decision either way in the morning of the calling hours. When I saw my mom that morning, I was struck by how peaceful and beautiful she looked. I cannot thank everyone at Iovanne Funeral Home enough for all of the attention and care during the preplanning and during the funeral. Their compassion and care is evidently in everything that the do.

When it comes to professional funeral services our family had the good fortune to work with the Iovanne team. Several years ago our family completed a pre-paid funeral contract with Billy Iovanne which served as a financially prudent item to complete as my mom grew older. The recent passing of our beloved mother was cared for with dignity and grace by the Iovanne team from mom's removal from our home to her final resting place at St. Lawrence Cemetery. No item was left undone by the Iovanne team and our family was confident in knowing that Billy had our interests always at heart during a difficult time.
